WHEN WE CONTACTED MAPLE CREEK TO COME CARE FOR MY FATHER HE WAS FAILING HEALTH WISE. THEY WERE SO CARING & CONCERNED ABOUT HIM THAT THEY IMMEDIATELY TOOK CONTROL OF HIS CARE. THEY NOT ONLY WERE PROFESSIONAL & KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT WHAT HE NEEDED, YOU COULD TELL THEY ACTUALLY CARED. THE OFFICE STAFF WAS SO HELPFUL ON ANY QUESTIONS I HAD. THE SOCIAL WORKER WOULD SPEND TIME WITH MY DAD VISITING & CONNECTING WITH HIM. BUT I COULD NEVER SAY ENOUGH ABOUT THE NURSES. THEY KNEW EXACTLY WHAT HE NEEDED AND MADE SURE HE GOT IT. THEY WERE THERE WHENEVER NEEDED. WHEN I SAY THEY CARED, I MEAN THEY GENUINELY CARED DEEPLY ABOUT HIM. HE FELL IN LOVE WITH THEM & LOOKED FORWARD TO SEEING THEM EVERYDAY. OUR STORY TURNED OUT GOOD BECAUSE MY FATHER GREATLY IMPROVED & NO LONGER NEEDED MAPLE CREEK BUT WE ARE STILL IN CONTACT WITH SOME OF THE NURSES & THEY STILL COME TO VISIT DAD. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND MAPLE CREEK HOSPICE!
-THE FAMILY OF FRANK MCCREEMy husband Carl had Maple Creek Hospice for about 2 weeks. He passed away May 19. While on hospice he received the best of care. Each hospice employee went above & beyond to see his needs were met. They helped me, his wife to know what to expect & how to better care for him. His pain management was handled & he passed here at home with dignity. We were all there when he passed away & that meant everything to us! God Bless Maple Creek Hospice!
Sincerely, -Lisa King & FamilyWhen my dad was dying from lung cancer we called Maple Creek. A friend recommended them. My dad lived in kind of a remote area & they were one of the only hopsices that would travel there. As he became more and more bed ridden- they supplied a bed & everything we needed. We could call them night or day for help. They gave him a shower/bath- shaved him, & took such GREAT care of him. They were very compassionate & helped him when he got down emotionally. They helped the entire family. We could have never gotten through it without Maple Creek. God bless everyone there.
-Barb GrohmannDear Bobbie, Paige, Stephanie & Sarah, How does one begin to thank you for your kindness and care for our mom? You made us feel comfortable and sure of our decision from our first meeting until the end. The love you showed for mom and us was amazing. You have a special “calling” and we are so thankful for you! There are many words that come to mind… Caring, kind, friendly conscientious, loving, professional, understanding, empathetic, committed, supportive, available (24/7), respectful, experienced, knowledgeable, concerned.. I’m sure there are 100 more words to describe each of you! We feel blessed for the time you were in our lives and caring for mom. We know mom is dancing in heaven with dad, others she loves and best of all, JESUS!
God bless you! -The family of Charlotte BrownThe nursing staff at Maple Creek Hospice are all phenomenal. I lost my sister & father last year and could not have given either of them the love, understanding, compassion and expertise these nurses did. They all became a very important part of this journey until the end. They treated my loved ones like their own family but yet remained professional. They worked together as a team, communicating with each other and covering for each other. They were available 24/7 including weekends & holidays, even checking in on us. I am so thankful we chose this hospice for Darla & dad. I am forever thankful & will always remember the great care! A truly amazing hospice nurse is hard to find, difficult to part with & impossible to forget.
